Rewards → ADP Payroll Reconciler

Reconcile WellSky payroll hours against Zingage rewards, compute additional overtime premium, and export an ADP-ready CSV.

  1. Finalize the week's payroll in WellSky, then export the ADP payroll file (CSV).
  2. Export the matching week's rewards report from Zingage (XLSX).
  3. Upload both files here, confirm the detected column mapping, then review the preview and the exceptions list.
  4. Confirm the Batch ID and the file-name suffix, then download the CSV.
  5. Import the downloaded CSV into ADP as a second worksheet (your WellSky payroll file is the first).

Run this once per workweek. For a bi-weekly pay period, run it for each week and import both files into the same ADP batch.

Overtime premium uses the California flat-sum method (1.5×) by default. Whether the flat-sum or federal (0.5×) method applies is a legal and accounting determination — confirm with your CPA or counsel.

Hours and overtime are read from your WellSky export; this tool does not reclassify overtime. Export WellSky after you finalize payroll (after your weekly 40-hour correction).

Rewards dollars are entered as a taxable fringe (code APG): caregivers are taxed but receive no cash for them. Only the overtime premium is added as cash.
